Billing issues

Woke up to an unauthorised billing from someone’s account @webafrica debited an account that is not mine, I need that money refunded. I’m ****en livid with Webafrica month in and out there’s issues, service is extremely bad and so is their service. Some1 needs to get back to ASAP.
