Billing Issues

Terrible service, I've been with them for a few month and always had issues with payments. They could never debit my account and I'd have to pay via customer zone. I have not been using the service since July and today my account was charged. Their call centre is not fully operational and the whatsapp platform takes forever with rude agents. I desperately need assistance!
