Billing issue Still unresolved after 13 days

I am very frustrated. I have tried for almost 13 days not to get our payment to go through. Our card payment was returned - without a reason. My debit order was not submitted and to date i cannot load a card payment. I keep getting errors. I have been on the whatsapp assist - which took almost a day to get through - and i was told to contact my bank. I havent had any issues with online card purchases with any other institution. And all my other debit orders go through like always. No one at Web Africa seems to want me to pay them as i have logged tickets online which just gets resolved with no feedback. Very Very disgusted with the service, really.... needing to beg to pay someone - Unheard off.
