BILLING FOR A SERVICE THEY ARE NOT SUPPLYING

It has been a bumpy ride with this service provider, but I have finally had enough. <br> <br> My ADSL went down a few months ago and I had made calls and was always promised it was being sorted out. WHICH IT WASNT.<br> Then I finally threw my toys and requested that they cancel the service and refund me, as they clearly cannot supply what is required and what was sold to me. Being the ADSL 4mb package.<br> <br> I got a **** apology and sorry to see you go and all has been cancelled and you will be refunded. YAY ( i thought) finally sorted out. But NOOOOO, I check my Bank statement and they are still deducting money from my account? For a SERVICE THEY ARE NOT SUPPLYING and no refund in sight. So NOTHING WAS SORTED OUT and the service is shocking. <br> <br> So all I can say is I am totally disgusted with the service level and the integrity of this company, and I will from now on advise people to stay FAR AWAY FROM WEB AFRICA and their offerings. <br>
