I am so annoyed because I cannot update my contact number on their website because I’m using a new one that means I can’t access my web Africa account. A payment bounced on the first and I have been waiting for them to take the payment again but they still haven’t. I tried multiple times to make a manual payment but there’s no option because I have limited access since I don’t have my old number. It’s so frustrating honestly.
