Billed for what? Money hungry

Good day. I haven't been using webafrica for a few months now but i got a bill this month for R123.66 . Im not currently using any services of webafrica so im not sure where this is coming from. The money got pulled out of my account via debit ordet which i reversed at the bank. Now webafrica is charging me an extra R50 for the debit ordet that failed.<br> <br> Please assist in this matter
