Billed for no service
I have no service I have not had an install but I’m being debited every single month this is the worst internet provider in South Africa don’t ever go with this company never ever!!!!!

We’ve checked the order and can confirm that Openserve cancelled it as there is currently no infrastructure available at the address. A request has since been sent to our Sales Team to look into an alternative option for you. The team will be in touch with you directly to discuss the available options and the next steps.
