Billed for Diskspace Overages

<p>I'm feeling a little ill after reviewing my statements since February.</p> <p>I only picked up this month that I've been paying for over-usage on a hosting package ([SA] Nitro Unlimited: Windows Micro Plus), which is used for e-mail only.</p> <p>The following charges have been made:</p> <p>2017-02-28 - R226.50<br />2017-03-31 - R386.50<br />2017-04-30 - R386.50<br />2017-04-30 - R431.00<br />2017-05-31 - R657.00<br />2017-06-30 - R784.50</p> <p>I've used roughly 1.5gb on top of my allocation, charged at an exhorbitant 50c a MB.</p> <p> </p> <p>I spoke to Jason now at WebAfrica who tried his best to assist me, and dealt with the billing department on my behalf. I was hoping WebAfrica would make an arrangement with me, such as charge for me for a higher hosting package for the last few months (eg: the R39 Standard Package which gives 2GB of disk space), instead of charging me "out of bundle" and refusing to credit anything.</p> <p> </p> <p>I can't totally blame them, as I should have noticed this sooner; however given that I've been a satisfied client since 2006, I thought that we could've made an arrangement together to retain me as a client. We've had a pretty good friendship since 2006, but it's time to part ways after 11 years :(</p>
