Billed eventhough NOTHING IS INSTALLED

The absolute worst customer service ever. You can never get through to anyone on the phone, and while you're waiting on hold, you keep on getting reminded of their "handy" whatsapp line. The whatsapp line that took OVER 24 HOURS to connect me with an agent. Very handy, thank you.

I've had to phone 3 times to try and get my line moved from my old address to my new one. And there's always an issue, that's helpfully been "escalated" every time but nothing ever happens. Now I've been billed for internet that isn't even installed yet.

Now my cancelation has been "escalated" so we all know what that means. Just. Stay away from this useless company.
