Billed but no services rendered

Billed but no service... The service from this company is PATHETIC, I do not think that the CEO, Sean Nourse is aware of what is happening to his business....INCOMPETENCE at another level. I am being billed for a service that I don't have, they have seen no usage on my line, no activity, I have spoken to so many people in this company, but not one of them seems to know what they are doing. There is no consequence management in place, everyone does as they wish. When you want to cancel, they want to charge you for installation, what a farce when they did not do the installation, I paid for it. They did not even bother to come out to my home to configure the router.... ICASA has to deal with companies like these. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
