Bill double debit last month

So in the month of July 2023 I had been double debit 2x 399 and when I had requested for my refund a day later I was told , I would have to wait 7 to 10 working days but no feedback was not given to me and when I followed up yo be told that I would to have wait on 15th that my query was only done in the so I had to wait for another 14 work days but then no refund up til now webafrica , an Agent sipeshile M that work for your company refuses to reconnect my service see that j have already advance amount had been debit last month , I honestly believe that vuma tel webafrica services can do very much better than what they currently offering
