Biggest piece of **** provider!!!!

Absolutely **** support and service. I moved homes and requested the “Move Home” option. They decided on their behalf to give me a new line. Took a whole 2 months to cancel my old service which they made me pay for even though it was not in use. Now my fibre is down, waited from 13:27 until 20:00 and not a single consultant got back to me. Have not been able to chat to a consultant at all, no work has been done, my time and money has been lost.

And then you get F*cking Willie the Bot telling you to get a cuppa. The consultants on the other hand are completely ***********. While trying to cancel, the rententions consultant is trying to get me to go and speak to the new owner of my old property to get him to sign on? Like, solve my issue first, it’s the reason I got in contact. I strongly advise to those looking for fibre, please go look somewhere else. WebAfrica are a bunch of fools. Number one being their support. Definitely changing providers ASAP! F*ck you, Willie the bot. You useless ****.
