Hi, please stay away, after countless communication they are not worth the effort or funds, Web Africa has let us down time after time, no feedback or in our case no funds back. We were advised to go to the ombudsman and this is what will happen. Our account was cancelled due me losing my job and made the asked payments yet no internet connection as I work from home and used my last money I am again without a job costing me many struggles now what happens now how will my family eat, I have connected to our local clinics WiFi connection in order to communicate that I need a refund and this was for services not offered yet nothing has happened in 2 months. I feel cheated and disappointed in myself as I didn't see the reviews before going ahead with my purchase. Thanks for all the false promises but God will provide.
