Beyond useless

If you like being ignored then this company is for you. Nobody answers the phone. Nobody responds to tickets unless when they close them almost instantly after you open the ticket. Their Whatsapp bot is completely useless. They always say they're trying to reach someone but then nothing comes from it. I'm going into 2 weeks with no internet from them. I would give them zero stars if I could.
