Beyond terrible customer service

Worst service provider when it comes to responsiveness. You can only talk to them via their WhatsApp service, if I knew this, would never have joined them and will never recommend anyone to join or use their service. If you connect with them via WhatsApp, it like going into a pit that is dark and no responding to your calls, absolutely useless company
