Beyond poor service. Not even worth 1 star rating.

Increased prices in the WiFi fibre but everyday I experience connectivity issues. Whenever I contact customer care, they either drop the call or say they will get a technical team to call me, which never happens. I would NEVER RECOMMEND this service provider to ANYONE. poor service, poor quality, but overpriced. Disgusting and pathetic.
