Beyond poor service

I have been going back and forth with Web Africa for delivering a router, evetime I call I have to 'wait' for the waybill. It will take about 2-5 days, it's been a week and no waybill yet. Nobody wants to help or find out why this is happening. Just that I have to wait. However they quick to deduct money for 'active' services but nothing no router.

I've been calling their offices, their courier company to no avail since last week Wednesday. It's so infuriating and I feel like I am fighting for a service that I paid for.
