Beyond pathetic

Pathetic pathetic pathetic!! There support service is non existant and the help bot is useless as u end up talking to person anyway that's if u even get through. As for calling for support don't even bother!!!!

I decided to leave webafrica and when filling in the request to do so I received the quickest call back ever to ask why... And I responded with poor service, terrible internet connection etc and that another company was offering me what I wanted at a cheaper price and hopefully better service...... So webafrica responded with an offer I could not refuse and boy oh boy do I regret my decision!!! Im paying for a uncapped 50/50 and if I get the above for 2 nights of the week it's a miracle the rest of the time it's barely 1mbps.

And if u manage to log a complaint it's always Vumatels fault, I don't care I'm paying for something I'm not receiving!!!

Don't even get me started on the errors with the incorrect amount they debit me each month and every time they say they have "fixed it" the same happens again the next month and I have to start the pained process of trying to contact all over again!! Cross my fingers all goes well the end of this month and they debit the right amount for once.

Once that's all sorted I'm starting the cancelation process!!

So unhappy!!!!
