Beyond frustrated!! "Premium customer" with no internet

I have been a customer of Webafrica for more than 6 years. At my first house, we gad no issues. We moved after 2 years. I gave short notice of the move and the service to relocate was excellent! Im sure their installation team is the best. About 2 years later (2024) the signal issues started. There is forever a break in signal and I work from home, which means my work is affected. Teams calls drop all the time. I have logged numerous calls during this time and every time a very nice helpful person assist me and gor one day the signal would be better, but day 2 I always end up with more problems than before. This after I spent hours on the line testing with the support person.

Also, the new thing I am told now is that I am a premium customer. Premium how? Premium by being ignored??? Because on the non premium sude I get assisted much faster. On the premium side I waited 3 hours to be assisted yesterday.

Also, at what point does Webaftica replace your router, I believe they have a 5 year life span. And also, what do you have to do to get a technician to your house. Because my problem for the past 2 years has still not been sorted. In fact it goes from bad to worse. And after yesterday's fix, we are down to no internet AT ALL!!

Even downloading your app to try and do the test cant be done because Im not connected to a network. Which I pay for as a so called Premium customer.

I even requested for my service to be terminated once and even thay did not happen. I think my biggest frustration is that you cannot call anyone and on WhatsApp they can ignore you for hours.

Shame on you Webafrica!

Hi Nadine,
We understand how frustrating this must be, especially after being a Webafrica customer for more than six years and dealing with recurring connectivity issues for such a long time. Having your connection drop during Teams calls and now being without internet altogether is understandably disruptive, particularly when you work from home.A fault has been logged and is currently in progress with our Support Team. The team is working on the matter to get your connection restored. We also recognise the frustration around the time spent waiting for assistance and having to repeat the same troubleshooting process. We appreciate your patience while the team works through the fault and understand that you need a stable connection, not a temporary improvement.Warm regards,
Webafrica Crew
