Beyond dispicable!

I am beyond disturbed by the service I've received from this company! Firstly, i specifically told the consultant that I already have a router and a line has already been installed. She proceeded to add my order as a new installation. I then spent almost 2 hours trying to get it sorted but by that time I decided that If this is the type of service I am receiving at the beginning then I would prefer not to have it.

I then asked for a cancellation and when I did at the time, my account was still pending. Magically AFTER I asked for a cancellation, my line became active. I then asked for management to contact me and I am still waiting. I spoke to 2 wonderful consultants from billing and cancellations called Unathi N and Lebogang M. I was informed by Unathi that my account status could be changed back to pending and that I WOULD NOT BE CHARGED ANY FEES! But when she transfered me to provisional accounts the person did not even confirm my account with me correctly even after I asked for verification before telling me it was already canceled, which it wasn't before sending me to cancelations. Where I was informed that the account was still active. Now I've received a message to let me know that there is a credit note for me to use on your services. But why would I want to continue using your services when I collectively spent 4 and a half hours in a whatsapp chat to be left unresolved and to wake up with a charge to my account for a service I did not use at all. I was also told the money would be returned to my bank account not that it would stay on my profile with this company! I am so disgusted by this company and will absolutely never use their services again!
