BEWARE Webafrica Installation fee when ordering from Vuma site!!!!

I was getting good service from webafrica until I saw my bill. I am in the IT Industry working for one of the biggest IT service providers in the world, and know how fiber works but even I was deceived by Webafrica's clear cut pricing as advertised on their site. I ordered the package from the Vuma site and there it states you pay 499 that is it. So yeah I did not see their 'need to know' section on Webafrica site when you do it from Vuma site. There is so many people being caught out, rather go with Afrihost or any other ISP that subsidize your install costs. They only tell you what is free so now they have a easy and quite brilliant way of catching out customers. Also its not R1750 install fee its 1928.60 after everything has been added and then don't forget the delivery fee for the router. ISPA will be looking into this and will update as I am not going to take this lying down. Its companies like that, that makes us in the IT industry look like a bunch of **********, just out for money. Just look at all the reviews regarding install fees on the hallo peter website... Never did they say this in one of the mails or in the calls or even when I asked the guys that did the install (well not their fault) Nanofiber did a good job at least. They have me for 12 months now but will be telling all my contacts to stay away and taking some of my current clients that is using Webafrica to other IPS's as I don't want to be associated with a company that hides their costs from the consumer. They are really a JOKE - no pun intended....
