Beware of Webafrica trying to hold you captive on their pathetic network

Webafrica has to be the most useless ISP. I have had tickets loaded for speed issues and packet loss issues, which they have not been able to resolve in more than 2 months. Then when tou cancel with them out of pure frustration, they charge you a penalty fee. You give a calendar month notice to cancel. And once the service is cancelled they refuse to release the fibre line to the new ISP for ANOTHER month, because that is apparently their process and protocol. So I have to stay without any service because they refuse to release the Fibre to another ISP. This is probably the only way they can hold onto any customer because they make it as difficult as possible to get off their pathetic service. I only rated one star because their is no option for zero stars
