Bunch of clowns. Ive been with this service provider for over ten years but today is the day I cancel.

I have had on and off service for the last 3 weeks and theyve logged a fault with vumatel but marked it as not urgent. So here I am waiting for them to fix it but to no avail. Tried contacting them again today and yesterday but they keep sending me the same bot message that they will get back to me. They dont care about the customer. They care about the debit order at the end of the month.
