Beware of Webafrica

I share this experience to warn anyone who could make the mistake of signing with this provider. When you sign a month to month with free installation for fibre there is a claw back clause. This means if you cancel before the time they will ask you for the full cost of the installation. I have no issue with this but be warned when you try to cancel after your contract period has been completed, they have made it impossible. It is clear that they have designed a system which makes it impossible to cancel. If you call their landline, good luck getting hold of anyone. If by some miracle you do get hold of someone they have no idea what they are talking about and if you call back to confirm a different agent will tell you a different story. They promote their WhatsApp chat group. This is something else. I spent three hours trying to clarify when I could cancel my contract because they can reply 30 minutes after your response. It is a money making scheme people because if you do not cancel in time you will of course be charged for another month and due to them not facilitating cancellations, you would probably loose lots of cash, possibly another year. Beware of Webafrica.
