Beware of Web Africa

Hi, I'm trying to cancel my new fibre order. No-one answers calls, nobody responds on WhatsApp, tried sending an email to both support and help only to receive an automated message that the ticket has been closed and that both mailboxes are unmanned. I waited 3 hours to be connected to someone in support on WhatsApp only to give up but as soon as I chose sales I was instantly connected to a salesperson. When I explained that I would like to cancel, I was then told the following ":You will have to chat to the support department for further assistance. Just a minute for me while I transfer you" and guess what.......NOBODY ANSWERS!! I have tried every possible avenue that is available to contact you guys and have resorted to posting a comment in desperation. I am actually appalled at the customer service you guys offer.
