Beware of trying to cancel the service with them

Used them as an ISP. Took special for R399 in April 2021. In the small print they had it was valid until the end of 2021. In Jan 2022, start charging 599. So be careful when you sign up with them for specials.

Their internet service was good and stable. Their portal was reasonable and easy to manage your account and pay. Their WhatsApp chatbot service is also reasonable.

However, when you need to cancel your service thats when it gets complicated. You cannot cancel on the portal. It directs you to the WhatsApp service. The WhatsApp works fine to get through to an agent who gets more information from you. When the agent realised I wanted to cancel, she put me through to the cancellation team. It took over an hour (75 min) on whatsapp for them to start chatting. Then too, you send a message and the agent doesn't respond for 15 min. Really poor service. I called their phone number and chose the reception (option 5) and it said there were no agents in the queue. They had no agents to accept calls at 11am on a working day. I then chose sales, got someone who then put me through to technical support where I waited and then hung up.
