BEWARE, DO NOT JOIN THIS JOKE

What an awful experience this has been and I don't even have the fibre yet. I order the 100mbps fibre from Webafrica on 26/09 and was told 3-5 days. I already have fibre installed with a router so there would be no installation necessary. I get a sms from Webafrica saying I missed call from Vumatel for an installation date. I call Vumatel and asked what was going on and they said they know nothing about this as I do not need installation. I then tried to go back to Webafrica, impossible. Their Whatsapp is a flippin joke, you cannot speak to anyone. Thank goodness this all happened before i got the fibre because i am cancelling my order. Webafrica are a nightmare.
