Beware cancellation fee

I have noted a review from another person about this newly installed cancellation fee at Webafrica, and I am horrified and want to caution others! I wanted to upgrade my current contract with Webafrica from 25/25 to 50/50 and fortunately I noticed that there is now a cancellation fee of R999. On making enquiries, I was advised that this fee was payable at ANY TIME you wish to cancel, so not for an initial 12 or 24 months. I think that this is unacceptable and will be looking to move to an alternate SP that can offer me a month-to-month or a maximum hold of 12 months.
