Better off with Telkom then Webafrica worse service ever

After trying all day yesterday and most of this morning to get hold of webafrica I finally got through to Thabiso on the whatsapp line who just informed me my vuma reach line was disconnected on the back end. The moment I advised him that I did not request that I was that transferred to another department only to get a call request that never ever happens. I work from home just like most of South Africa and I need my fibre service back online now!!!!!
