Believe their customer feedback, it'll save you a lot of frustration.

First of all, issues do happen. It is impossible to get hold of anyone that can assist at WebAfrica. I would have said the service is disgusting but unfortunately there is no service at all. I had signed up for the 100/100 line and my 10/10 line from another provider was much better. Do yourself a favour and believe all these customers who have provided feedback. It is not by chance that their rating is so low. I actually feel this 1.5 rating is rigged...It is too high for them.
