Being held hostage.

I am struggling to cancel my application with webafrica. I'm being referred to their whatsapp portal and mid chat with one of the agents I get disconnected or they give me some iffy response and leave the chat. I cannot continue my application with another ISP because I need them to cancel from their side. I is very frustrating. Glad I didn't go with them. Imagine having an issue and struggling to get help from an agent.
