Being handed over for services i did not use.

We have canceled our subscription with Webafrica, sent the router but still they keep trying to debit my account ad i am being charged an extra R50 for a failed debit order and now I see i am being handed over for not paying for service I did not use. I have proof of email requesting a that they fix their issues and stop billing me but nothing happened. I don't even want to start talking about their useless bot. Bad service is an understatement.
