BEING BILLED FOR WHATWE DIDN'T AGREE ON :(

Hi team

Please note that I am still waiting for your manager call regarding the debit order.

I got a call from billing and they advised me that I am going to pay R 835 end of May/1st of June.

I then budgeted the R835 only to find out two day's ago that you guys need R1500 which for me its not practical and and in bridge of our agreement.

Urgently advise how can we get to the bottom of this matter and find a solution that serves everyone.

Because I am not paying R1500 that I didn't budget for.
