Being billed but no service, WebAfrica non-responsive for over a month

I signed up for fiber with WebAfrica. It has been over a month now. I cannot get online. I have called them every day regarding the issue and they have not helped. Average wait time on their call centre is 1.5hours. Their WhatsApp chat is non responsive and times out after 24 hours.

They have billed me for their service.

I just want out! Currently waiting for them to answer at the call centre. Do yourself a favour and chose another ISP.
