Been trying for 3 days to talk to an agent....

I have had no connection at my office for 2 days, we are on day 3. I have still not been able to communicate with a single agent, not via WhatsApp nor the phone. I've called "sales" the only peope who answer, they promise to escalate but nothing happens.
