Becareful of over debit orders from them.

They triple debited my account R999 X 3 in December 2020. Apparently it is actually apply to all their customer so they did send various notices to calm everyone that they will reverse the payments. But for the 2 extra debits of R 999, I only got one R999 back and I cannot get hold of them on the phone only through Whatsapp. They keep on telling me to contact my bank(Tyme bank) to reverse the transaction but the bank said the transaction did go through I must try to get the money back from Webafrica. Spend alots of time on phoning the bank and whatsapp to the agents but no avail.
