Be very carefull of this company

By far the worst customer service of any company in RSA. Requested to cancel my fibre line with them in May already, service still isn't cancelled. None of their consultants has a clue on what they are doing through the Whatsapp line. They have been taking money from my account each month wich I have to reverse and now, without my concent, they are trying to take the money from my credit card.

This is absolutely ridiculous.
