Be prepared for nightmare on Webafrica's whatsapp chat

It is one exhausting mission to get your query resolved on Webafrica's whatsapp chat. I've had to explain the same story to several agents, took me the entire day and still nothing resolved. No-one bothers to go through the audit trail. No-one held accountable for the incorrect information the agents pass on to you. No-one cares that that incorrect info has inconvenienced and costed you. I am appalled.
