Be careful when opting into an agreement by Webafica, terrible service.

I have never experienced such pathetic service in my life. After nearly three weeks to try and get Webafrica to provision and deliver a Router I give up. The worst of it, after all my effort and repeated promises by Web Africa to deliver when confronted they hide behind their 28 day SLA, yes Kevin Mathias your name is on the emails and held resposible. Hopefully they do not deliver in their SLA time frame which gives me legal right to refuse any contractual agreement entered into initially and I can go elsewhere.
