DISGUSTING SERVICE !! TOTAL ****MERS !! THIS BUSINESS SHOULD SHUT DOWN 1. Delivery drivers call on private numbers, so theres no way of calling them back 2. none of their calls are recorded and can be tracked 3. They prefer to communicate through whatsapp instead of email. The whatsapp chat dissappears after a couple of days. So there no proof of communication if you wanted to dispute anything 4. customer service is trash , the agents sound like they working remotely and do so very unprofessionally. taking calls outside in windy areas, bad reception. No reference call number is left to rate them or refer back to agent 5. Ive been a billed R1000 2wince in one week for a service i cancelled in April 6. They don't have any offices or main head quarters. This is clearly not an established business

They just keep taking more money unauthorized! DO NOT, I REPEAT!! DOOO NOT USE THIS SERVICE !!
