Be careful of this company it's a **** they took my money now they refused to refund me

I have ordered the Fibre with this company on the 22 of February 2024 and got a call from one of the agent who said I must pay the order in which I did that on the same day I was promised that they will install maybe on that weekend. From there there was no communication between the company and I for few days and I communicated with them via WhatsApp as they said they don't have call center number I did a follow up on my order and I was told that I have put the wrong address in which I did not it's the person who called me who made that mistake and I waited for 10 more days while they didn't give me any update each time when I communicate on what's app I get a new agent who made empty promises and I ended up canceling the order. Then few hours later I was told that they managed to get my address right and they are aware of the cancelation. I have send an email checking when will I get my refund I was told of 5 to 10 days and they changed to 10 to 15 days and now it's been 15 days since I have canceled my order and this **** of a company don't respond my emails yet I didn't even get the service from them
