Be aware of what they do

Good day to how my read this,. I’m a client of WebAfrica over 4years since they moved over to month to month contracts they service went down hill. The force you to do debit-order and does not want to accept EFT.

But unfortunately I can do Debit orders because I get weekly Money .

So i do pay my account every month in full, but keep on suspended my account after the payment shows in they customer portal..

The you need to contact the and you can only do it through WhatsApp you can’t call them oww no,

Then they want you to wait but you have paid your account in full before they suspend you account..

Because Honestly the network service is not bad but really the other service they offer is so bad think twice be for getting them or just make sure your debit oder does go oof because they do charge you a R50 on you account and if you don’t pay it they suspend you.

So I would say one star because they force you to do debit orders
