I am so appalled by their service 1st of all they debited my account saying that my internet is active, it took them 2 whole days to actually connect my internet services after they had already billed me. Every time you call them you are directed to a useless WhatsApp line that is manned by a stupid robot that keeps asking you the same questions over and over again

Secondly, they close at 6, which means when you get home then you will receive zero assistance until the next day

Thirdly, atleast once a month their internet service goes down with no notice

I am extremely unhappy with the network provider that I chose
