Bad/no service

I app**** for fibre in November of 2019 with the promise that I would have fibre within 24 days. It is now 27 January and after numerous phone calls and emails i am still waiting. Every time I contact them I get told that they will escalate /get back to me. Well to date nothing has come from their promises.
