BAD, WORST, PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE NEXT TO NONE!!!!!!!

The worst customer service ever! Did all the none helpful troubleshooting to safe myself from going through to a agent. Because you might as well talk to a brick wall you will get the same outcome. After almost 2 hours waiting for a agent to connect the bot come back to say sorry for the wait all the agents are busy. Busy with what SLEEPING??? There never any helpful agents if they do reply they day a whole day to respond with resolution and the chat cut out. I'm so fed up, ****ed off really! They should have a call center where could scream some customer service knowledge in their ears!

BAD, WORST, PATHETIC SERVICE AVOID THIS COMPANY ONCE YOU IN IT ITS DIFFICULT TO GET OUT! works well when it works but when you have a problem the word customer service is no where to be found. The bot does more effort than what the agents do. I'm pretty sure there no one at the other end or there is its probably just 1 person because no where in this world can you have such bad service almost next to nothing. Your agents running your company into the ground. Make a effort to short out the problem that bring your product down.
