Bad untrained illmannered unprofessional slow rude live chat agents, the response time is appalling. I had a query in regtads to payment that reflected zero, my service got shut down after 8-9 days of use as a first time user of WebAfrica and I was told I am owing, the link showed a zero balance and when I asked for help, instead of acknowledging and uderstaning my query, a live chat agent by the name of Katlego only responded by saying did you pay? The service is very bad...they respond after 20 minutes. How do I pay a zero balance?
