Bad, uninformed and abnoxious agent and all round bad service!

********** service and definitely won't be recommending this service to anyone!!! Firstly inquired (via your WhatsApp chat service) with your agents regarding the type of device compatible with the MTN SIM only package and they CONFIRMED that it was. Only to find out that was not true. The for now I would be required to buy another Router to the one I have and pay another courier cost, something that I was not going to do and will not do. Obviously did/could not use the service and then have the audacity to tell me you still want to charge. Listen to the call (if you record them) with the obnoxious agent who called me now (25/09/2020 around 14:30) and advised it "is not our concern" that 1: I did/could not use any of your data/service. 2: the information given was incorrect (again fill free to check my chat/contact history with your team.

P.S. Train your consultants on telephonic etiquette.
