Bad ****ty service

We've been without Fibre connection since Sunday and no communication on what is going on. We pay for these services so we can work from home. Now we must go to the office with no petrol money because you fail to fix your issues. Totally unacceptable. You debit us with ease but fail to update us when there's issues... I have good mind of canceling my contract
