Bad to zero customer service

If l could put a zero star, I would. This company has bad customer service. They do not even communicate when there is a network issue and when you try to report the issue you cannot even speak to anyone. you are requested to speak to an agent via their whatsapp line and no one responds on that line. Imagine having network issues for two whole days and you work from Home. Like what nonsense is that.
