BAD TO WORST SUPPORT EVER

So i'm paying for a 1Gb FTTH line and i'm getitng 100Mb and not the full speeds, i'm also not hitting their FUP.

It's always a mission to get hold of their support line, and when they do pick up they never deliver. I've been put on hold because they needed to speak to their internal fault management team and they never bothered to come back on line.

It's been more than a week since i last logged a ticket and today it was just closed without my issue being resolved.

I don't recommend using Web Africa as your preferred ISP, the support is bad, and you almost always need to talk to their WhatsApp bot and hardly ever is anyone responding to my WhatsApp's
